Full of life with a smile for everyone, an avid gym-goer and sports fanatic. JJ is the person to have on your team for winery sports day and has her finger on the social pulse of Auckland.
Lower North Island Regional Account Manager
An adventurer, mother of two and lover of Pinot Noir. Her mornings always start at the gym and her days are filled looking after lower North Island accounts and planning her next holiday.
Upper South Island Regional Account Manager
A happy go lucky personality who loves to cook and bake in her spare time. Enjoys a good circuit session at the gym followed by a glass of Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc.
Lower South Island Regional Account Manager
Positive and with a great sense of humour. A lover of all types of wine, particularly Pinot Noir matched with great food. Can be found working on the house or at the dog park with his partner and their fur babies, Jasper and Dog.
Australian Sales Manager
With over 2 decades experience Darren has worked in all aspects of the wine retail trade. As a sommelier and with a wife who is a chef we know whose house we’ll be heading to for the next dinner party. When not at work Darren can be found in the vegetable garden or shouting at the footy on the TV.
Victorian Sales Manager
Matt’s been around the wine industry for nearly 30 years in many aspects, from retail, wholesale, selling oak & cork, winemaking and now back to account management. Weekends spent with kids and sailing & watching rugby league.
Known for his great cooking abilities and regularly entertains family and friends. He can also be found running or biking around Hagley Park with his wife and daughter. And his favourite wine? That would be like asking a parent who their favourite child is.
A busy mum of two involved in a multitude of community events and daily farm life. The lady who knows what’s what in the warehouse and makes sure the correct wine gets sent to the right customer.
A winemaker’s son who grew up playing in the vineyards and a lover of all sports especially tramping, yachting and basketball. Another peanut butter fanatic and lover of Waipara Valley Pinot Noir.
Paul’s key responsibilities are to oversee everything that happens in the vineyards and generally run around in circles. A North Canterbury local who has been making wine in the Waipara Valley for 17 years.
Responsible for vineyard maintenance and spraying as well as putting his hand to anything else that arises in the vineyards. An electrician in a previous life, Warren also runs his own small business offering therapeutic massage therapy. We know where we’ll be heading when the aches of work get too much.
Responsible for the never ending mowing, spraying and maintenance of the vineyards. A North Canterbury local born and raised who has cultivated almost 200 bonsai trees in his spare time.
A furniture maker by trade Greg had a change of direction and now looks after all the wire and post maintenance in the vineyards, assists with mowing, spraying and machine maintenance. Greg is kept busy on his lifestyle block with a young family and a passion for mountain biking and motorbike touring.
Tracey is responsible for all the vine care and is Team Leader for all the contract staff who assist in the vineyards during the year. She was born with green fingers and has over 20 years’ experience working with plants. Outside of work she spends time in the garden (obviously) or with her animals.
Supply Chain Co-ordinator
A super organised home cook and baker who can handle anything we throw at her. An amateur beekeeper and all round animal lover. Will read anything from the back of a cereal packet to the latest novel.
A lover of the outdoors and mother to a family of assorted children and animals. A book nerd and Riesling lover. The lady to go to for questions relating to orders, HR and what to watch on Netflix.
Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant
A part-time nerd who is curious about all things in life. Enjoys eating good food followed by drinking great coffee. Can be found exploring nature or binging on Netflix.
Known for his ability to sleep all day. Key duties include keeping our feet warm in the office and welcoming visitors to the winery by meowing at them loudly.
